Scott Berry brings with him to Plan A over 15 years experience in Internet Development and related technologies. Working with Fortune 500 companies, the largest social networking internet companies as well as in the medical device manufacturing business gives Scott a varied background in all forms of marketing. Scott, his girlfriend, her two girls and their two dogs live in Valencia, California.

Prior to becoming a partner at Plan A, Michael Niles worked at major advertising agencies in Los Angeles and New York including Chiat/Day, Bozell and keye/donna/pearlstein. His 20+ years of professional experience also include senior creative and marketing positions with a broadcast production company, a web design and development firm, and a national fast food restaurant chain. Michael and his family live in Santa Clarita, California.
